Fix game disk drive letter when using PanCafePro

Issue:
PanCafePro client restrictions causes CCBoot client to not set proper game disk drive letter.
Solution:
When you are setting the restriction for the client PC, you should not check the following option (Figure 1).
a. "Disable Command prompt"
b. "Disable Run Command"
